1. Custom Printed Products

Due to the customized nature of our printing services, completed and approved orders are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The product received is significantly different from the approved order.
  • The order contains manufacturing defects caused by our production process.
  • The order cannot be completed due to our inability to provide the service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved design or proof errors.
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer.
  • Minor color variations due to monitor and printing differences.
  • Delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

4. Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issues within 7 days of receiving their order and provide relevant photographs or evidence.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

6. Reprints

In certain situations, we may offer a free reprint instead of a refund if it is deemed the most appropriate solution.
